With 17 years of experience in financial services, Kimberly is dedicated to providing world-class guidance to attorneys, clients, and their families as part of the Mirena & Company team. Since beginning a career in 2007 under the mentorship of Charly Schell, Kimberly has worked closely with settlement clients, gaining hands-on experience in complex cases ranging from single-event claims to mass tort litigation. Over 14 years, Kimberly played a key role in integrating retail insurance into settlement planning, helping injured clients manage their portfolios while mitigating risk through strategic insurance solutions. Committed to long-term client support, Kimberly develops tailored financial plans that remain flexible to real-life needs.
At Mirena & Company, Kimberly specializes in estate and trust planning coordination, investment management, settlement annuities, and retail insurance, while also advising law firms on growth and operational strategy.
In 2018, Kimberly co-founded Armis Advisers alongside Charly Schell and other key team members, serving as Chief Compliance Officer and overseeing SEC filings. Armis Advisers later evolved into RIA Bison Advisors, expanding its role in multi-family office services. In 2020, Kimberly co-founded Armis Strategies, focusing on insurance and financial consulting. Over the years, Kimberly has managed compliance across 20 states, guided premium allocation strategies, and advised agents, trustees, and clients on complex insurance and wealth management solutions.
Previously, Kimberly held roles at Forge Consulting and Advocacy Wealth Management, where a strong foundation in process development and client education was established. With a passion for simplifying financial planning and ensuring transparency, Kimberly remains committed to helping clients navigate their financial futures with clarity and confidence.
