We offer access to court approved structured settlement annuities that can be designed to pay the settlement out beginning at the age of majority, either in lump sum or ongoing payments.

Minors Trusts and Minors Pooled Trusts

Sometimes minors have needs that require flexible access to settlement funds prior the age of majority. Mirena’s team works in partnership with trustees and pooled trust administrators to establish a Court Approved trust to house the settlement or receive structured settlement and annuity payments for the minor’s benefit. Caregivers can then access these funds to support the minor on an as needed basis either with or without ongoing approval of the court, depending on the circumstances.
